Warranty

Pulsar offers a warranty service program on most of their products including batteries, chargers, and any other accessory found to be defective as a result of manufacturer error.  The warranty does not cover against normal wear and tear by the user, damages by intentional or unintentional dropping, or submerging in liquid; neglect by the user; lost or stolen parts; or any other damage that is not a direct result of defective materials or workmanship.  The Pulsar warranty service program covers vaporizer and vaporizer accessories for 6 months, starting from the original date of purchase.
